Finance Manager Diane Troy brings over fifteen years of experience in finance and human resources to Stearns Consulting. Diane has worked in the fast-paced environments of New York City and San Francisco coordinating client accounting services - including federal, state employee and sales tax reporting, invoicing, bank reconciliation, payroll and all other bookkeeping services.

Diane also served as a human resources director, providing benefits administration, Pension Fund administration and employee files maintenance. As an office manager, Diane was responsible for maintaining general office functions, including ordering, email and phone communications, as well as maintenance of the calendar and scheduling.

Prior to entering the world of finance and human resources, Diane was a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room and Intensive Care Units in New York and Los Angeles area hospitals.

Diane has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Kansas State University, a Registered Nursing Degree from Downstate University in Brooklyn, New York, and has studied computer science, art history and accounting at Merritt College at the University of California, Berkeley.
